Access to the house is via an electronic gate which opens onto a gravel drive. There is plenty of space for numerous cars, an up and over garage and a car port.

The garden is spacious and our children love exploring and climbing the trees. They also love the trampoline and slide. There are inflatables for the pool and a Ping Pong table.

The herbs from the herb garden can be used in cooking as it is well maintained by Marcus our gardener.

There is an automatic irrigation system that waters the garden and lawns in the evening and the pool temperature can be adjusted to suit. There is also a pool alarm.

The house has electronic security shutters as well as wooden shutters on all the windows. It is fully air-conditioned in every room and the annexe. The kitchen has all the appliances one needs including a gas hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine and an American fridge freezer. There is a separate fridge in the annexe for drinks.
